How much does VIKIN cost?
Does the app really work offline?
Yes — completely. Schedules, maps, artist details, FAQs, and search all work without any internet connection. Our bespoke distribution system can deliver content updates even on poor connections. Attendees told us offline access was invaluable at Greenbelt where phone signal was limited.
What about data privacy?
No login is required. All users are anonymous. We don't collect personal data and we don't sell data. Analytics are fully aggregated, giving you insights into attendee behaviour without knowing who anyone is.
Can we integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. We already have a live integration with Crescat for event production data — Greenbelt uses it to sync their full schedule. Need to integrate with ticketing, data management, or other tools? We'll build it for you.
Is there a minimum event size?
None. Every event deserves a high-quality app, regardless of size. Our Starter tier is designed for smaller and non-profit events, while All Inclusive scales to events with hundreds of thousands of attendees.
